My portfolio is full of all my notes, my thoughts, my time, my heart – it contains everything and more that I need to write my final project. I’ve marked out patterns and themes, I’ve organized it so it’s readable (well, to me), and I’m even thinking about putting in the “blurbs” I’ve been writing for my final project to spice it up a little bit. Or maybe I’ll wait and put a copy of my final project at the end of it. I do have pictures in it already – of the clocks that so captured my attention. It’s rough, it’s ugly, and it’s probably boring to the everyday passerby, but it’s vital to my project in the end. I think it will be a great archive in my own life – evidence of all the hard work I did and all the time I spent making my project wonderful. And I think it will be pretty awesome – hopefully by the time I’m finished with my project it will portray the literacy that Cowhill affects and include pictures of Cowhill as well. I want it to be pretty, not just informational. I think my project will act as more publicity for Cowhill… it’s gunna be great.
